The boat is where the journey begins. The work continues through shared roles, trusted relationships and the rhythm of the week.

01 / The environment

The Sea Opens Space

Far from the demands of daily life, the sea offers a shared place to slow down, focus and take part. Participants become crew members, with real responsibilities and room to move at their own pace.

The Week Stays Connected

Rehabilitation carries on after the yacht returns to the marina. A daily group rhythm keeps participants connected to the sea, their fellow crew members and the next step in their journey.
